About

My name is Leslee Smucker, and I am a violinist and composer. I am passionate about teaching, and have been teaching private lessons for over 20 years. I have a doctorate in violin performance from University of Colorado, Boulder in the United States.

I came to the Netherlands in 2021 to do a one year course at the Royal Conservatoire. I love the Netherlands, especially Den Haag, and my favorite activity is taking walks in the forests of Den Haag.

I am excited to now offer music lessons in Duinoord area of Den Haag. I offer music lessons to anyone. I believe anyone can learn and enjoy music, and I want to work with you to find your own path with music. I teach violin, but I can also teach music history, and audio recording techniques.

I teach in English. I am working on my Dutch language skills, but they are still coming along!
